23rd November - Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Central & South America, Far & Middle East, Cyprus, Malta, Eastern Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Greece & Turkey
25th November - Canada, USA, Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Poland, Sweden.
27th November - Austria, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland. 29th November - Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg.
1st December - UK
